2024-11-25	so*****	I rarely catch the live ones, but so depend on the on-demand workouts for my physical and mental health. Circuits might be my fave type of workout although I do and love them all. Awesome and motivating coaches. I miss being in the studio, but thank goodness for Alchemy Anywhere!

2024-10-12	Ja*****	I use alchemy anywhere and love it! I often use the warm ups daily to do strength training and then for hiit days so the full workout! Love the music and the coaches (Devon and Hali are my fav)💛I live in Minneapolis and used to go into the studio but now I bought a pull up bar, torp, medicine ball (only missing some plyo boxes) and can workout with the app when works best for my schedule! My only hope is that they include somewhere the daily in studio workout so I can include my other epiuptment seemlessly at home!

The workouts are frequently full body, muscle balancing workouts that give me the right kind of strength to do the other types of activities I love to do. The coaches are also great (Christy, Devyn, and Sarah - love y’all) - they give helpful cues, the right amount of hype, and are never pretentious. Maybe one day I’ll live in Denver to be able to go in person :)

2023-10-27	Me*****	Super convenient, and great workouts. They have options for with or without weights, so you can really work with what you have (or don’t have) at home and on the go. Hoping for more Flow classes soon! The flow classes are a great option when you have a little less time or a little less energy. They are my favorite way to end a Sunday!

2023-04-13	Sy*****	I used to go into the Alchemy gym location when I lived in St Paul, and after trying a few different gyms in Seattle, I’m back to using Alchemy At Home. Their workouts are seriously the best, are so unique, and high level. I get a great workout in, even from home 😊 I miss going into their location, but this is a great replacement.
