User Reviews

Reviewers praise the app for ease of use and the convenience of online ordering with pickup, with several noting reliable order fulfillment. However, the most repeated complaints concern weak search and item discovery, navigation friction, occasional bugs and stability problems, and gaps in coupons, nutrition information, and gift card support. Overall the app has a solid usability base and pickup feature, but needs improvements in search reliability, UI navigation, performance, and feature completeness to minimize shopping time and errors.

Pros

Easy to use / user friendly interface (mentioned by multiple reviews).
Convenient online ordering with store pickup.
Orders have been accurate / reliable fulfillment.
Overall usability improvements over time (positive feedback on usability).

Cons

Poor search and product discovery: items not surfacing or not found despite stock.
Usability and navigation issues: hard to find items and navigate back to where you were.
App reliability issues: occasional lockups or crashes and rendering or text display problems.
Coupon and pricing gaps: flyer coupons not auto applied, missing nutritional information, and lack of gift card support.

I’ve loved using this app, but today it opened to nothing but logo in top left. Menu at bottom goes nowhere.

Happy to finally see a landscape mode. Lots of issues with trying to view the circular. When enlarging it to view better it keeps jumping to grid mode, this is on iPad and iPhone. Search is still very limited with products coming up as not found when I know they are stocked in each store. Still not very user friendly and so many people using this app are seniors. I know you are losing a ton of revenue because of that…I know you can do better, please try. I’ve also seen that a lot of reviews are now missing. I know this because some of mine from summer 2025 are now gone…interesting.
