Verdi Alarming and Dispatching

The VERDI APP is used in conjunction with the VERDI alerting and dispatching software.

With VERDI software, people are alerted or notified in case of incidents. We do this based on their function, real-time availability, planning… This alert can be with a request to take effective action, or can be purely informative.

The VERDI APP allows users to adjust their effective current availability or to pass on a planning. VERDI will immediately take this into account when alerting. In addition, the user will receive incident information via the VERDI APP and will also receive information about what is specifically expected of them in terms of action.
