I’ve been going to Mothership for years, and they do have some of the best coffee and staff around. However with the introduction of the app the rewards system has made a serious downgrade. It used to be $5 off your order with every $50 spent. Now it’s a free upgrade in size for every $75 spent. It really feels like a slap in the face for those who have been loyal for so long.

Anytime I order on the app, I choose the largest size with customizations. Every time I pick up my order it’s the smallest size with 1 customization of even that. I order on the app to save time on my lunch and this basically defeats the whole purpose if I have to wait for my drink to be remade. You’re wasting time and resources.
