Recent reviews

If you just need mobile access to thier overpriced books, this is for you, and the old school interface might be worth putting up with. They supposedly have a AI assist, but it's nowhere to be found here, just on the web, and even there it's clunky. ICC back end is apparently still running on COBAL or something.... Everything feels like the mid 2000s.
