Drawing on psychological theories, it helps you look at yourself from multiple perspectives and provides practical insights you can apply to everyday behavior and relationships. Based on many years of experience in research, education, and clinical practice, he supervised the theoretical design and content of this app. The app was developed through multivariate analysis using data from more than 300 general adults and more than 100 real couples. It was designed to address weaknesses found in conventional personality assessment apps such as MBTI and Big Five: for example, MBTI has limited empirical support, while Big Five can provide descriptive explanations of traits but is less suited to predicting subsequent behavior or compatibility. Personanote aims not only to help users understand personality types, but also to provide concrete ways to apply that understanding to everyday actions.
