Glitches, slow, laggy, can’t even get past the password screen. To even type having to close and restart the app multiple times to get it to even allow me to type in my username. Perfect representation of how bad this company is. They’ll break your wheelchair and then tell you to use their broken app to try to set up a service request. Numotion do better.

Very antiquated app. No auto fill in for customer information , no facial recognition,limited chat support -ugh

I don’t know if anyone else is having this problem, but it keeps giving me grief over a password. I’ll have it set, it lets me log in once, then next time it says it’s wrong. Now I can even log in.
