Beware! Ferryhopper will tell you that all they do is provide ticketing service. Fine. But even in this they are a total failure. Our ferry was first rescheduled with a different company and then canceled. I tried for 24 hours to get any assistance from them. Nothing. Their chat feature is an AI ruse that ultimately does nothing except say they will send you an email that never comes. DO NOT USE! UPDATE: They did none of what they said could be done. I did ask for an agent but when one didn’t come on the AI told me I’d get an email. And I did send them an email. I did not get ANY acknowledgment from Ferryhopper that the ferry company had canceled until it was almost too late to book alternative travel. And they left it to me to find that alternative travel.

Very easy to use. One drawback which might just be my mistake is that I couldn't figure out how to change a ride to a later time. I thought I had paid extra for being able to change the time of a reservation coming back from capri.
