Recent reviews

I booked tickets on a ferry to the Greek islands. I was encouraged to purchase in advance to ride together. Somehow even though I was booking our tickets together in the same transaction we ended up in different classes of service and were unable to sit together. Very frustrating way to celebrate an anniversary. If the app had promoted me that I was booking tickets that were opposite classes or that we were not sitting together I would have fixed it. The app also sent me to a dock on the wrong side of a large port. Dragging luggage half a mile to catch a ferry was not an enjoyable chore.

If you need to make simple changes to your reservation this is not the app for you. A simple round trip change to upgrade seats will charge you the entire fare three times and refund you twice. It is ridiculous
