Love the app but even when I allow local network to stream from phone to TV the app says no device found so I have to screen mirror, that is annoying

I keep getting a message on my i-pad that I am not registered but I actually have an account with a password. I have tried to fix this a few times. I also deleted the app and started over. That didn’t work.
