We downloaded this app, fought with it until we found out how to buy and activate a ticket only for the system to be down on the bus at the Keflavik airport, so we needed up buying more tickets. Since our mobile phone numbers are US based we can only use the app in “anonymous” mode which doesn’t seem to have a way to request refunds or report issues.
