This app is required after purchasing a hand held smart camera that is deceptively described for everyday use but requires a cloud subscription and WiFi connection for use. Very misleading.

This device is complete junk. It does not work as it claims, period. It holds charge MAYBE 15 mins max, even when connected to a power bank. It constantly says “unable to load”; no matter where you place it, it says “poor connection”; and the kicker is you have an SD card slot but even with the SD card, they force you to purchase a monthly subscription in order to view anything it may have recorded in the 15 minutes of battery life. Worst of all, the “Help & Feedback” menu is apparently a fake page because NOT ONE REQUEST for troubleshooting these issues has been answered. When you click on the Refund Policy, not surprisingly, it’s a blank page. Literally a piece of junk, don’t recommend!!!
