However, onboarding and early-use issues dominate reviews: verification emails frequently fail to arrive, making registration and sign-in impossible; some users also encounter installation or white-screen problems. Recent reviews

Please either remove the email verification or fix it: it’s still an issue as we have yet to receive email verification. I know there’s a work around to allow the kiddos to play but part of why we bought was the tracking for parents. This shouldn’t be a hard fix.
