Love Hernried Center/Keep it Off program, but this app needs a lot of work. I’ve been using it since Oct 2021. Cons: 1) right now, it’s showing that i need to update the app, yet when i check the updates, it’s already updated but the update reminder/warning won’t go away. 2) constantly loses synch connection to fitbit 3) impossible to know when the provider is calling. It’d be helpful to have a separate section for provider calls (already gave this feedback to helpdesk & KIO program) 4) food database is limited & cumbersome to search. Why recreate the wheel with a less effective product? Why not allow us to connect to my fitness pal which is super easy to use? Pros: 1) love the connection to scale & monitoring of weight 2) love the availability of modules, but would also like the ability to print info (much too small to see on a phone)
