Before any NRI open the account for them make sure you have a lot of money in your pocket because once you deposit your money in that bank they will Frasier account for so long and you are unable to do anything because you cannot visit a branch being an MRI that’s how they play with their customers I have already made a mistake so just be careful

The app was fluid and worked simplistically. As soon as you started adding features it glitches a lot. Sad that you took something that worked simplistically well and made it worse.

I have NRO account. I send them email and 2 follow up emails regarding a query it's been 20 days, no one has replied. They don't pickup phone if you call and don't no respond over email too. Save yourself from trouble. Do not use them .
