The app renders the Stripe Reader useless when you can’t get it to pair

App freezes and will not fully pair with Bluetooth device. Attempted many times with instructions to turn off Bluetooth, close app, restart app, restart Bluetooth and pairing process only turning on device once in the app. Tried it all. Gets to would you like to pair pop up, PAIR selected and it just freezes.

Since the “updated rebranding” from Memberhub this app is full of glitches! It kept crashing, freezing, kicking us out while we we were extremely busy at back to school night selling spirit wear and memberships. Extremely frustrating! In addition the products are sorted completely random! They don’t match the sort for our website store and there is no way to fix the sort in the app. Extra time consuming to find the right products!! Also the “Read Instructions” and “Contact Support” just open a blank white screen, useless!! Please make some bug fixes ASAP before our next school event!!!
