Didn’t like it at all

Paid for the service but it doesn't do anything good at all. This app is a scam they don't have customer service and the email they had on their site is a personal hotmail email. No one is responding. I wish I had checked the red flags before paying for this. They won't refund it the bank cannot track this charge and this app doesn't work. The transcript that they have is very very confusing the words are repetitive and is not even forming a proper sentence.

It’s a simple feature that needs to be added, a trash can to delete forever what you wish of your own dictations. I don’t want my stuff sitting there after I download it to where I want it saved. I cannot edit them either. Emailed the developer with no response. Otherwise I would give it 5 stars, but if I cannot delete or even edit my mistakes, then this app is just ok. Paid for premium too with no added features, except that you are able to use it.
