The app doesn’t work anymore, keeps prompting an “Something went wrong” error when trying to login.

I think I bought an unlimited 5 year plan, yes the UI is bare bones and tech support is not intended for newbies. But it seems solid in keeping itself “on” a live connection, so as to not leave you without VPN service. I’ve had this service for at least 3 years (as a prepaid subscription).
