I’ve tried most fitness apps, and honestly this is the best one so far, the fact that the exercises go along with you, are dynamic is a must for me. I hate just an example of the exercises and you do it alone, that doesn’t work for me, I like to engage and this is the best app to do that.

I subscribed to 54D on day one but the last few months have been a disaster. Programs and workouts disappearing. Constant messages about late payments and asking to update the payment method. Other users complaining about being double charged. I waited some time before updating my review because it’s normal for new apps to have bugs. Now, I’m not sure if they’re even working on fixing it
