I get the point that it’s difficult to get someone to be on time when you do a last minute booking. But 3 hours delay??? Even when I book 1 day in advance???

The app works, but designed in favor of service and driver. You are not able to control how much time driver spends during the trip during per-minute drives. In my case, daytime trip Dubai-Sharjah took 110 minutes, usually it takes 50-60 minutes. When I raised this with support team they responded with copy-paste response and relied on drivers words. I was lucky to have WhatsApp message from garage manager, accepting car to the service, which was dates 15 minutes before driver ended the trip. But this evidence was only sufficient for dispute of 15 minutes, however I think case when driver is not finishing per-minute trip intentionally should leave to in-depth investigation. The biggest frustration is support team using copy-paste messages without proper investigation.
