I wish that the tickets I bought in person with my rewards number, would show up on my “watched movies.” I also don’t like the update where I can’t see the rewards I have. I have “2 rewards” but I can’t see what they are and the employees aren’t paid enough to check every customer’s reward balance.

Features are not laid out correctly for usability, and they frankly don’t even work. The sound in the app for trailers hadn’t worked for months. The app changes frequently but seemingly never for the better.

I know which movie I want to see. Why can’t I just put that in to see the times at my favorite theaters? BTW: It’s not that easy to see the delineation between movies to pick the correct schedules for the movies that I do want to view. Please put a line or other obvious mark between movies. Please fix these two items.Pretty please?
