Dimensional: Personality Test

It used to be very good but has become buggy. I’ve sent a few messages to support and received no reply.

I have contacted the support team multiple times and have yet to receive a response. I purchased the Pro version of the app, but I still do not have access to the weekly tier list or weekly charts. Every time I try to access these features, I receive an error saying they failed to generate. I enjoy using the app, but it’s extremely frustrating to pay for a premium subscription and not receive all the features that were advertised. Especially when other who I know that have the app have the features I’m missing without paying. It’s even more frustrating that premium support is supposed to be included, yet I have been unable to get any assistance despite reaching out multiple times. At this point, I feel that I am paying for features and support that I am not actually receiving. I would appreciate someone looking into this issue and resolving it as soon as possible. I would happily update my review after i receive efficient help
