With Viledon Process View, digitally documenting the performance of a filter system will become more convenient and simpler. One important component is the new “Vi.P. View” app. Via a QR code on the equipment, this ensures that customers always have access to essential data on the filters being used. Users simply scan the QR code with the app, enter or retrieve data, and the evaluation is complete. This makes it possible to monitor and manage systems in real time – in a modern, fast and mobile way. As well as technical information covering filter stages and elements, all information on filter tests, maintenance and process parameters can be stored and viewed in the background data management system. Measured values such as pressure differences or air velocities, as well as information on previous filter changes, provide a complete overview and form a sound basis for determining the condition of the system. Maintenance and servicing work is addressed, processed and documented in a targeted manner.
