I have been trying to use this app because I thought it was really cool but I keep getting an outlook prompt to login and when I try it never works but the prompt keeps popping up. I paid for premium and have been trying to get a refund and haven’t received a response from support. There is chat support on the app but it’s managed by AI bots and they stopped responding after I asked for a refund. I cannot even use the app because of the continuous prompt to login to outlook which doesn’t work and I’ve tried various methods to try to fix it and nothing.

I loved this app but honestly it is disheartening when you spend a lot of time journaling, taking notes, creating a diary entry……and the app crashes or just freezes up and you lose EVERYTHING!! 😭😭😭🥹🥹
