Through the S8 DSP app you can use your iPad/iPhone to set up and command the complete S8 DSP device feature set via Bluetooth LE connection.

Through the S8 DSP Mobile app you can use your iPad/iPhone to set up and command the complete S8 DSP device feature set via Bluetooth LE connection. S8 DSP mobile app offers two remote control modes: DRC or CONFIGURATOR. DRC mode allows to control basic DSP functions like memories, master volume, subwoofer volume and input selection. The CONFIGURATOR mode offers a clear user interface for controlling all the S8 DSP device features. Using the APP in OFFLINE mode you can create/simulate a new setup file or load a setup file already stored in your device. Then you can make the adjustment and save it again or upload that setup file into the S8 DSP device once a BT connection is estabilished.

As others have described the Bluetooth interface does not work. No connection via Bluetooth or laptop. Let’s see if the seller will work with me.

This is such an awesome, well laid out app that makes it incredibly simple to set everything on the DSP. Maybe there was some connectivity issues in the past, but I think most problems people have is that they get in to car audio immediately buys a DSP, but has almost no knowledge on what they are even doing. Or they think the PC app is superior because it has some extra functionality. Not really the case though. This app has everything you need. You can adjust anything at ANY frequency, you just need to double tap the gain and it’ll cycle through the Q, and Fo. To give this app 2 starts as the average is ridiculous and unfair. There’s many DSP’s that don’t even have a supported app, and if they do, they aren’t near the quality of this one. You should actually just try to put some more effort in to learning something. Audison/Hertz know what they are doing. This app is awesome
