Overall, Kaptioned is easy to use and yields fairly accurate captions with useful multi-language support. However, reliability and support are major downsides: videos frequently fail to save/export, billing issues and slow support persist, and the app often freezes or crashes. Some export/subtitle features are missing or unreliable. The core transcription/translation capabilities are solid, but reliability and customer service problems limit its value.

Pros

I spend 30 min doing the translation by my self bc the self- translation from the app was terrible. And I pay $3 to have the video with out water mark, and the video and audio quality is terrible when I downloaded . do not buy

I was charged for a year membership of this app but it still promos me to pay again after any job I complete. Worst part is customer service will not get back to me. I have submitted 3 help requests now. Bummed
