Just opened a checking and savings account at GHCU earlier today. I prefer everything electronic, so I went to download the app when I got home. I always check the ratings and reviews to see what I’m in for. I was surprised to see the number of 1 star reviews. Surely this was the worst banking app ever! Just finished customizing my user info, and even established external links to 2 other banks I use. Everything worked fine. Don’t let all the bad reviews fool you.

Please fix your App so your customers don’t get the circle of death and can actually access their account… Whoever sold you the upgrade from 2020, sold you swamp land. I have 2 other lenders I bank at and have NEVER had the issues this bank has.
