If it’s not wanting to work how good is it

To whom it may concern, I am writing to report an issue with the daily rewards system, where I am not receiving my allocated spins. Specifically, when the daily rewards show amount, such as “50, 50, 50, 25, “ the system indicates that I have already received spins when I have not the occurs as I tried to collect the daily rewards sequentially. Additionally, there are several glitches where the app freezes and no longer functions. Could you please investigate and correct this issue so I can receive my spins. Thank you for your assistance.
