I paid for no ads on android and then when I downloaded on Apple, it wants me to pay for it again what’s the deal? also, none of my nonograms transferred. I have to start all over with everything

It’s been weeks since I was able to play normally on this app. I can’t “X” out an advertisement and when I close the app I lose everything I did until then and have to restart everything. I’ve been stuck at a level for over 3 weeks now!!!! I googled all kinds of things and can’t get to the bottom of this issue.

I wish there were a way to opt out of tournaments. The stars that appear on the board during tournaments are visual clutter that I have to remove before I can begin to make sense of the puzzle.
