The extension provides tools to form healthy habits, plus a rich library of expert-curated content including articles, videos, modules, and workouts to support daily wellbeing.

Its Health Score assessment evaluates mind, body, and life. It also links to in-app coaching and mental wellbeing support included in your health package, and lets you connect to other AXA Health services through the app.
