How to switch Franch to English

Tried to set up app but not responsive. Put in all info but won’t accept credit card. The app has a lot off issues. Wanted to set it up before we traveled to Quebec City. Will have to use different mode of transport. Have traveled in many countries that it is easy to ride local transport.
