This app is wonderful! I’m able to see my assignments on my phone.

You won’t be alerted when new assignments are available. App continues to show assignments that have already been filled. App won’t notify you when an assignment is cancelled. It still shows assignments for days where you are already booked elsewhere. All other absence management platforms allowed for real-time alerts for new job opportunities.

1. For some reason, I do NOT get notifications when jobs are available. I checked my iPhone notification settings for Helios( which are ON) as well as my contact info on the Helios website. I still do not receive notifications or texts or calls for jobs. I have to check the app 20 or more times a day to make sure I can land a job because it will be taken by someone that does get notifications almost immediately. I have contacted the school district that I work for and even they cannot figure it out. There is no telephone number for me to contact support. 2. The app seems to be reliable about 60-70% of the time. Other times, the app does not load. Available assignments do not load. I get signed out and sometimes cannot sign back in on the mobile app. Sometimes the available assignments tab can take 30+ mins to load and accepting assignments takes up to an hour of loading.
