I had a very bad experience with this app. The customer service is poor and the delivery is even worse. I placed an order and waited for days just to get connected with a doctor for the prescription. I wasn’t contacted properly, and when I reached out to customer service they just told me to upload any document and they would “handle it” from their side. On top of that, the delivery experience was frustrating. The courier contacted me in the afternoon and it’s now 9:45 PM and the order still hasn’t arrived. The driver said he can deliver it “any time after 10 PM” as if I don’t have work, sleep, or a life. I’m expected to just sit and wait endlessly for the order. Overall, very disappointing experience.

Do not trust this app. The ranges for test results are incorrect. For example, the real eGFR top end is 120, but the app shows 450. Then their “doctor” will tell you that you have a kidney failure if you are at 100. Or, they conclude your cholesterol is high, without considering your oxidized cholesterol levels, or C-reactive protein levels, or resting heart rate. They simply repeat and propagate the 30 years old health research scams and hoaxes that were only designed to sell more drugs.

Really disappointed that they are using Folic acid & B6 as pyridoxine which are Both DANGEROUS to the liver ! Please remove them so I can order more IVs . & Online support is bad
