The TruHearing app shows pervasive instability and reliability issues. Recurring problems include persistent connectivity and pairing failures, difficulty locating/reconnecting hearing aids (and Apple Watch), frequent crashes and slow updates, unreliable data syncing with wear-time and battery readings, inconsistent volume controls and lack of independent left/right ear adjustment, and Bluetooth visibility problems that prevent consistent connections. Overall, users seek substantial improvements in stability, reliability, and feature accessibility.

Frequent connectivity/pairing failures and difficulty reconnecting or locating hearing aids (including issues with Apple Watch pairing).
App crashes, freezes, or extremely slow performance, including startup crashes and grayed-out UI.

The direction control has been effective. The volume control recently stopped adjusting the hearing aids independently. So far, the only solution I've found has been to leave one home when I am going to be driving, to avoid that great hearing aid squeal.
