I am using it from past over a year. I feel more comfortable without using hearing aid. After having hearing test. My doctor pressured me to take it. I did big mistake to spend that much money on this useless product. I tried to use it as Bluetooth with my iPhone. I do not hear good phone sound quality. Even listing person getting too much noise. I went to agent who sold under warranty device.They just replace the wires and charged me copay $40 for nothing. There was no need to replace anything. I am having this useless device worth $5,000
