Features & Capabilities

AmiiBot is the #1 Amiibo management tool for iPhone, letting you store and duplicate Amiibos with NFC. It includes Amiibo Management, Duplication, iCloud Sync, and Dark Mode, making it easy to organize your collection or bring villagers to your Animal Crossing island.

How it works: It uses the NFC features introduced in iOS 13 to scan and copy Amiibos—just tap the Amiibo near your phone. Built-in database supports 740+ Amiibos. This app is an Amiibo management tool, not a magic 'summon' app, and it won’t provide key files. For help, DM @zrzrv5 on Twitter or email dev@1sec.plus.

User Reviews

AmiiBot is praised for its organized library and ease of use, plus strong value and a broad Amiibo library. However, users repeatedly report outdated content, NFC write/duplication reliability problems, device compatibility issues, and weak support, which together temper its overall appeal.
Pros
  • Well-organized library with an easy-to-use interface that makes finding the right files quick.
  • Quick and easy setup for writing Amiibo; many users call it the best/easiest NFC tag writer for iPhone.
  • Broad library of Amiibo, with some users claiming it has the full or very large collection.
  • Good value for money and considered worth the price.
Cons
  • Library updates are infrequent; many newer Amiibo are missing and updates can take months or longer.
  • NFC write/duplication failures are common, preventing successful duplication or tagging.
  • Some devices/phones report NFC compatibility issues and cannot use the feature.
  • Support/resources are unreliable or hard to reach (broken support pages, slow responses).

App works great, but it is missing a lot of the newer Amiibo like the TotK Champions that were released a while back. Those were the only ones I was looking for - full 5 stars if it gets regular updates.

This app has great organization, variety, and is easy to use. However, the last update was 7 months ago, so many recently released amiibo (such as the three splatoon 3 idols and the smash bros wave 2 figures) are not in the library. Other than that, this is a great app and well worth the price.

Great app for creating your own amiibo! Was skeptical at first after seeing some of the reviews saying that there were problems with it, but I haven’t run into any. I was confused at first about the two key files needed, the locked-key and unfixed-key, but a quick Google search got me those. The library’s organization is great, which is a small thing but often overlooked by app devs, and it means you don’t have to spend ages finding the right file for each individual amiibo! Made 5 amiibo with it really easily. The only problem I had with making them was that the NFC reader/writer sometimes failed to write the amiibo data to the card, but I think that’s just because either it moved too much or there were other cards nearby interfering, so if you do streamline creation of them, be sure to keep the blank cards in a pile about a full arms reach away and keep your phone and the cards as still as possible. EASILY worth $4.
