Users praise discounts, Plate Pass perks, and an improved, faster ordering experience with convenient delivery/pickup and an in-app QR flow. However, the app is plagued by reliability issues: payments and gift cards often don’t work as intended, gift card balances/display problems, and partial payments are blocked. Repeated crashes, slow performance, and a cluttered UX undermine the experience, and support is inconsistent. Overall, the value is there for members, but ongoing technical problems detract from repeat orders.

Cons

Payment and gift card processing is unreliable: cannot apply gift cards to cover partial payments or combine with a credit card, and general payment failures persist.
Gift card management features are problematic: inability to view gift card numbers for staff, balance lookups fail, and only one gift card can be used at a time.
Persistent instability: frequent crashes, slow performance, and occasional inability to load or place orders.
Order accuracy and history issues: orders missing items and difficulty accessing order history; limited or ineffective support.
User experience annoyances: cookie prompts on every page and a clunky interface; some days the app feels unfinished.

Recent reviews

Would give zero if I could. I have tried every iteration/version of this app over 15 years and NEVER lets me pay. I always have to call it in and pay in store. Every time I try the app looks different and I get hopeful then when I get to that part NEVER works.
