Recent reviews

I have been a customer of GLWIZ for many years, including buying their set top box when they didn’t offer android and iOS device support. I have been having a problem with my apple tv since I changed my cable modem and have tried email to their customer service. They replied after a few days and asked me to call their number. I have called them a few times and tried for English and Farsi support, but had to hang up after 30+ minutes each time. Not sure if they understand what customer support means but I am done with them.

Brand new Gl Box 500 no working properly. Nobody answers the phone. I’ve been trying last 3 days 6 times over 6 hours with no luck talking to service. Sales answered in 40 minutes Lyla.
