User Reviews

Reviewers praise Bend for its broad routines, customization, clear guidance, and motivating streaks, along with real improvements in posture and flexibility. The main recurring critique is the desire for more content variety—more stretches, moves, and mobility sequences to prevent repetition over time. Overall, it's a well-liked, accessible stretching app that works well with a regular schedule, with room to expand its library to stay engaging.
Pros
  • Wide variety of routines and targeted stretches with easy customization.
  • Clean, intuitive interface with helpful instructional videos and clear pose diagrams.
  • Timers and reminders help ensure stretches are long enough and easy to follow.
  • Streaks and accountability features keep you motivated and consistent.
  • Notable benefits include improved posture and flexibility, plus anxiety relief for some users.
Cons
  • Limited variety leading to repetition; users want more stretches, moves, and mobility sequences to keep workouts fresh.

As far as I can tell, the movements are the same that you can get off social media for free. Not to mention I tried the five minute morning stretch every morning for 20 days, and it never got easier.. There’s no instruction how to do the moves other than a drawn image. For example, are those moves supposed to be with your heels, touching the floor or can they be raised up a little. What are alternatives to the child pose? Anyways, subscription canceled and app deleted.

Had a similar app, it stopped working, was so happy when I found Bend, there is an animated person/instructor doing the movement w/you during the timer, the timer is great as well and it will indicate w/a beep and a visual it’s the halfway mark and to switch sides.
