My husband complained about how difficult it was to set up the shades. He ended up logging out accidentally which totally wiped out our set up. Now I’m trying to set it up and after password was accepted, and the app keeps spinning trying to load weather information. Ridiculous!

All my Bali shades show up in the list of connected devices under the phone’s Bluetooth menu but none of the shades show up in the app. Worst!!

This app is absolutely pathetic. The whole point is to automate your blinds yet the automation works about 10% of the time. Most of the time 1/4 or 2/4 blinds work while the rest say ‘offline’. Also, the Gateways just randomly go offline and quit working so you have to unplug them to get them to maybe start working again. I currently have a Gateway that just went offline and hasn’t come back in over an hour. Blinds.com should be ashamed to sell this product and wish some lawyer would raise a class action suit against them for selling garbage technology for such a high markup. Add shades, they delete themselves. Then just randomly goes offline. These people should be in jail for scamming people.
