I can’t get the the next questions after I answer one before it. It just keeps saying check answer I tried restarting everything. Fix this please

I purchased the pro version and am stuck in the intro section, 4th lesson, 3rd question. Cannot advance. The developer’s page has a feedback button where I requested assistance. The FAQs don’t seem to work. It looks like there is no real support options available.
