Nuisance protocol

A noise entry is described by type of the nuisance, starting with neighbours not sticking to periods of rest regulations, through to the construction side across the street. If this nuisance was not there before you moved in your flat, the value of your flat is decreasing. The tenant has the right to claim compensatory measures in monetary form. When it comes to acute nuisance, the tenant has to take measures, e.g. interrupting working, closing windows, or even leaving the flat. At this point you should add a noise entry in this app. The actual time is saved straightaway. Subsequently add the duration of the nuisance. Additionally you can select a witness right from your contacts, who can confirm the nuisance. With an extra feature of this app you can get the signature of the witness to complete his/her testimony, which is appended to the protocol automatically.
