To begin with I purchased this watch because it does everything I want checks blood sugars, blood pressure, body temperature, heart rate and so much more. The only problem is EVERYTHING. 1. When I downloaded the app it would not let me register. After struggling to register for three days I contacted support through email. Two days later when I decided to try and register again the app opened already past the register page with an account set up in someone else’s name and information??? I tried deleting and clearing info and replacing with my information. Yet each time I try to do something with the watch it brings up foreign language and info. I need this fixed cleared a clean slate so I can enter my information and I need it translated to English. 1. Need all units in imperial not metric. 2.Need to stop having to connect watch to phone. 3. Customization of watch face with photo does not work it will not bring up my gallery. Please fix this or let me know if it’s impossible so that I can return the watch instead which is not something I want to do but I don’t need something that doesn’t work.. please fix heighten to ft and inches and weight to lbs. Thank you in advance.

This app is not good at all full of other apps to purchase not connecting to my phone I hope they see these reviews because this is trash! No help no support either!
