However, most feedback centers on reliability and usability problems: unreliable clock-in/out and timesheets that affect pay, frequent crashes and post-update instability, login/authentication hurdles (including Face ID removal), GPS/location inaccuracies at client sites, and glitches in signatures and charting. The call center is not reliable, you can barely understand what they are saying and they don't even follow up with the office or clients. They pretend to understand what you say but have no clue and aren't professional at all. 0/10

This app is useless for family members. I know my password but I can never log in. Tried resetting password and try to log in, says they have no account with that user name and password. Just an endless loop of frustration. I have to have the agency email the schedule to me every week. Worthless app.
