I was out of town and accidentally deleted the app from my phone. There’s an emergency key that they encourage you to print out just in case that happens. Sent an email asking what to do if you don’t have access to your emergency key. I did end up finding the emergency key someplace on my computer and I thought I’d let them know that. They kept emailing me back to make sure I had got in the app back (with all my data) so I emailed them again that I’m doing OK. Now that is excellent Customer Service
