The App for brain based training.

Are you already familiar with the concept of brain based training? Then this app is just right for you. It incorporates various exercises and aspects of this training concept, enabling you to take your performance to the next level.

It was developed in collaboration with Input1st. Some parts of the app content is based on the courses, further education, and knowledge provided by Input1st.

The app is divided into the following three areas:

Visual system: The focus here is on training your eyes. From simple gaze stabilization to gaze shifts and peripheral perception, everything is included. Take your eyes away from the computer and train all the skills of this unique system.

Neural Tools: Improve the coordination and reaction time of your body to visual input. Or would you rather train your balance skills? No problem. This app section has a wide range of applications and interpretations.

Kognitionsspiele: Not only is it very useful to keep the mind fresh with logic games, but it can also be very useful from a brain based training perspective to target specific brain regions that are involved in logical processing.

The app is suitable for athletes and non-athletes alike. The only requirement is a basic understanding of brain based training methods.
