Wobble it lets you add wobble effects to photos by defining wobble areas that you can drag and position. The app includes an in-app tutorial and a short video to guide you through adding, positioning, and setting up wobble areas, and you can record a wobbling photo as a video saved to your photo album.

This app only has 3 functions, add wiggle bubble, move wiggle bubble, change wiggle direction yet there is nothing to adjust the circle to fit any other shape other than round, also no way to adjust the speed of the wiggle or the amount it wiggles. Cant even make a video or a wiggle loop.
