Paxton Key is a Chrome extension that lets you use your iPhone as a virtual key for Paxton10 v3.3+ systems. When paired with a Paxton10 setup, you can present your iPhone to a wall reader to gain access to buildings or car parks and to trigger predefined actions within the system, such as arming an intruder alarm. This approach eliminates the need to carry a physical access card by delivering virtual keys to your device ahead of visits.

About Paxton10: Paxton10 is Paxton's secure access control and video management platform. It tracks where people are and enables buildings to respond accordingly, combining security with convenience for any building type. This extension supersedes the Paxton Key v1 app (discontinued November 30, 2022).

This app is terrible. It never works when you need it to. Have to close and re open several times to work.

The idea of making someone hold a phone (which costs over $1,000) out of a car window, just to access your place of living is ridiculous. Then having to make physical contact multiple times, just to get it to read, is infuriating. Can’t even see your personal gate code in the app. May be one of the worst implementations I’ve come across, and I lived through windows Vista.
