I am always hesitant when I see ratings this low but I had spoken with someone at one of the machines who told me about the app. First of all the app worked exactly as intended. Yes you have to create an account but it saves you from having to deal with the card reader at the machine. You simply preload the app with funds, drive up to a machine, tell it you are there, and then how many bags you need. Quick and easy. Plus you get a free 20 pound bag for signing up so that too is a positive. Zero issues and I have no idea based on my experience why so many people are hammering this app.
