I spent like a ton of my time getting the learning level up so I could efficiently level up my other skills but…. It reset all of my characters to level one. What???

Hello! So I started playing this game after playing love idol company the girl version! Overall the story is very good I admire the story line and how the MC in itself has a good storyline.! But see the main reason I gave 2 stars wasn’t because of the storyline but it’s because whenever I press off the game or whenever the game glitches and kicks me off all the progress I made puts me back at one! I even restart my phone and there i still don’t get my progress back! I was at high levels too and it was so frustrating to loose everything when I had good stats for the characters! Please fix this and I’ll fix my rating but it’s simply too annoying to play when I loose my progress just by pressing off.
