Senseble Health Coach

Senseble supports you in improving and strengthening your physical and mental health. Our app offers a variety of movement, relaxation, and knowledge courses, and you can work on your health goals with our Senseble coaches.

How to get started with Senseble: If your employer offers Senseble as a corporate benefit, you will receive your personal Senseble ID from them or directly from us, which you can use to register in the app.

The benefits of Senseble: • Developed by experts: The Senseble concept and all app content were developed by medically trained sports scientists, physiotherapists, nutritionists, and psychologists. • Your personal health coach: Whatever your health goals, your personal coaching program, tailored to your performance level, will support you in achieving them. • Simple and flexible: Daily sessions are waiting for you, which you can complete wherever and whenever you want. • Not alone on your journey: You can reach our Senseble experts anytime via the app, and they will accompany you on your way to your health goal.

Feature overview: • Home: In your 'Home' area, you can see your started courses at a glance and discover a variety of content for your physical and mental health. Relaxation and desk breaks for your workday, recipes, movement training, audio sessions, or knowledge articles – all this can be found with just a few clicks via your 'Home' tab. • Appointments: Here you will find an overview of all planned group events and optionally have the possibility to book your 1:1 coaching with our expert team (this feature is enabled in consultation with your employer). • Challenges: This section helps you stay active even in a hectic workday. With our weekday and weekend challenges, you can start your own step challenge anytime. You also have the opportunity to challenge colleagues to motivate each other to be more active in everyday life. Step tracking is done easily through the connection to the Apple Health app. • Profile: In your profile, you can see your previous training progress and an overview of the units you have completed so far.
