Hero FinCorp- Customer App

Hero FinCorp's Customer App is a mobile extension designed for customers of Hero FinCorp's Retail Loan products, including two-wheeler loans, used car loans, loyalty personal loans, and personal loans. It enables a fully digital onboarding journey for loyal customers: select loan amount and tenure, optional insurance, verify address with face match and liveliness checks, validate bank details, and complete an e-mandate and e-sign for loan onboarding.

The app streamlines loan servicing with features like requesting a welcome letter and EMI schedule, viewing EMI details and alerts, tracking bounced EMIs and penalties, obtaining a statement of account, and requesting an NOC after loan closure. It also supports online and offline EMI payments, asset detail updates, early foreclosure, and seamless query resolution. Security and privacy are prioritized with secure data transfer, SSL protection, and clear consent for sharing data with third parties per the privacy policy.
